Create New Clause Category

You can create Clause Categories and then add clauses to the corresponding clause category to organize all your clauses. 

To add a new clause category:

  1. Click Contracts Clause Categories, and click Create. 
  2. Enter a Name for the Clause Category. For Example, Mandatory Clauses
  3. List of Clauses displays the clauses that are added to the clause category if any. Click on a clause to update the clause content.
