Configure Salesforce Provider Settings in CLM


You must set up the Salesforce Provider settings in CLM to enable the integration. Contact the CLM Support Team for login credentials to your CLM tenant.

1. Log in to your CLM tenant with the credentials provided to you by the CLM Support Team.
2. Go to Setup > Other > Providers.
3. Select Salesforce.
4. Click Edit and set up the following parameters for your Salesforce integration.



The following table describes the parameter values:

  1. Go to SFDC > Profile Name (top right) > My Settings > Personal.
  2. From your personal settings, enter Reset in the Quick Find box, then select Reset My Security Token.
  3. Click Reset Security Token. The new security token is sent to the email address in your Salesforce personal settings.

5. Click User Profile under your profile name.



6. Copy the CLM Tenant ID. This is required to install the Salesforce package.
