My Inbox - Task Lists
The My Inbox feature enables all T&Q users to create and manage all communication related to their tasks. You can view and organize all information related to notifications, active tasks, and other communication.
Click My Inbox on the side panel. The My Inbox page displays all case types from any workflow in a single, unified task list, with the ability to filter by Workflow. Click on the Workflow Case Key, link to view details.
You can filter your task list based on case type priority, status, date received, due date, proposed effective start date, description, and so on.
Administrators and Managers can specify which workflows must be included in the My Commit List tab for users to view and manage cases related to territory and quota changes.
