Transfer Accounts

The Transfer Accounts feature enables you to select multiple accounts within a territory and transfer the assignment to another territory. You can easily move accounts in bulk and perform a transfer in multiple versions of the territory program.

To transfer an account from one territory to another open the Territory Program you will transfer from, and go to Territory Tree > Accounts and Products to access the accounts transfer option.

  1. Click Transfer Accounts.

  2. In Account Transfer Dates, select the date when the account transfer should be effective. 

  3. Select one or more accounts to transfer. Enter a keyword in Search to filter the list of available accounts.

  4. Expand the root territory in the Destination Territory section and then select the territory you wish to transfer to.

  5. Click Transfer.


Note: You can only transfer accounts to one destination territory at a time.
