Canada Post Address Complete Widget


The Canada Post Address Complete widget enables auto-completion of address fields and facilitates data accuracy.

Acquiring Your Canada Post Integration Key

Perform the following steps to get your Canada Post Integration Key:
  1. Open a Canda Post Developer account and activate the account (You will need credit card details.)
  2. Get API Key: https://www.canadapost.ca/pca/support/

Configuring Canada Post Address AutoComplete Widget

Perform the following steps to configure the Canada Post in Workflow: 

  1. Go to Setup > Fields & Forms > Custom Fields 
  2. Create custom fields for Autocomplete, Street address, Street Number, Postal Code, City, District, State, and Country.
  3. Go to Setup Fields & Forms > Integration Widgets.
  4. Select Canada Post and click Edit.
  5. Enter the Integration Key and populate the custom fields.
  6. Create a new Action for a Case.
  7. Go to the Form Designer >Integration
  8. Drag Canada Post to form.
  9. Drag the other custom fields and Save the form. Once set up, when the user starts typing part of the address, Canada Post populates the rest of the fields.
