Case Details & Actions
A case is an item that goes through a workflow, changing its status as it completes its lifecycle. Every case belongs to a project and has fields and values that can be modified during its lifecycle. You can view and modify case information based on permissions assigned by your administrator.
Workflow enables administrators to configure your Home page with Case Details and Project Details widgets (panels). We also enable you to configure the panels to include or exclude columns that will appear in a panel, and we provide various tools that enable you to manage your cases.
