Case Details Panel

Workflow displays a Case Details panel that gives a summary of the details of your case. While details will vary, depending on how it's configured, case details will generally include:

  • Name of the case
  • Description
  • When the case was created
  • Who created the case
  • Who the case is assigned to
  • When the case was last updated
  • Current status of the case
  • SLA time remaining
  • Customer details
  • Other specific details related to the case
