Email Signature

Email Signature


Workflow enables you to append an email signature to email notifications. We also provide a rich text editor that you can use to customize the format of your email signature, such as to add an image, link, or colors to the text or background. See Rich Text Formatting for more information.

To add an email signature:

  1. Go to Setup > Case Management > Email Signature.
  2. Enter your email signature in the edit window and apply formatting as desired. 
  3. Click Save to apply your settings. 

To change or remove an email signature, either edit or delete the text in the Email Signature workspace, and then save your changes.
