Workflow enables you to personalize the information that appears throughout your tenant using the settings in these categories:
Global Settings: Includes general settings such as for currency, page title prefix, and welcome page text.
Company Information: Includes general company information that you can later call by using tags on email templates.
These configurations only apply to the current instance of Workflow.
To access the General Settings page, go to Setup > System Settings > General Settings.

Workflow provides these parameters on the Global Settings tab:
Currency: Select the currency from the list of available values that will be used for all custom fields of currency type. The default currency is United States ( $ ). See Custom Fields for more information.
Page Title Prefix: Enter a name that will appear on an end user's browser tab.
Public User Registration - Welcome Page Text: Enter the text that appears to users who self-registers their account using Public Sign Up. See Public Sign Up for more information.
- Case Key will be generated using:
Workflow Name: Select this option to generate case keys using the Workflow Name. Case key is generated in this format: <workflow name>-<project shortcut>-<recursive number>
Workflow Unique Key: Select this option to generate case keys using the Workflow Unique Key. Case key is generated in this format: <workflow unique key>-<project shortcut>-<recursive number>

You can configure these parameters on the Company Information tab:
Company Name: Enter the name of the company.
Company Description: Enter a company description.
Company Address: Enter the address of the company.
Company URL: Enter your company's web address. When an end user clicks your logo in the header of the application, they will be directed to this address. This link only executes from the end-user side.
