Troubleshooting  Tips for Login Issues

You can use links similar to the following to log into Workflow and troubleshoot login issues.

In all cases, replace yourURL in the link with the URL of your Workflow application, and replace $tenantName with the domain name of the tenant you want to log into. For example, if your tenant is webcom_ace on sandbox, you would change the link https://yourURL /wpm/mt/$tenantName/login to:

https://sandbox.webcomserver.com /wpm/mt/webcom_act/login

FOR THIS TYPE OF ISSUE USE THIS LINK TO DO THIS

Federation Single Sign On (FSSO) login issues

Incorrect Federation ID

https://yourURL/wpm/?loginOptions=skipFSSO

or

https://yourURL/wpm/userHome.do?tenantName=$tenantName&loginOptions=skipFSSO

Disable the Federation ID and redirect to your identity provider

Incorrect SAP Portal URL

https://yourURL>/wpm/?loginOptions=skipPortal

or

https://yourURL/wpm/userHome.do?tenantName=$tenantName&loginOptions=skipPortal

Disable redirection to SAP Portal

Login script issues

https://yourURL/wpm/?loginOptions=skipScript

or

https://yourURL/wpm/userHome.do?tenantName=$tenantName&loginOptions=skipScript

Disable execution of the login script

To simplify login

https://yourURL/wpm/mt/$tenantName/login Log in without specifying the domain

loginOptions URL Parameter

To debug issues that occur during user login, you can add the loginOptions parameter to the URL.

This parameter allows you to skip certain operations that execute during login. The parameter can have the following values:

  • skipFSSO: skips Federation SSO during login when it is enabled on the tenant.
  • skipPortal: skips redirection to the SAP Portal when attempting to log into Workflow on a tenant where SAP Portal login is enabled.
  • skipScript: skips the script execution on login when a script is assigned to the Login User script event.

You can specify multiple values, separated by a comma (,).
